We at thecosmeticboxes prepare your product with your satisfaction in mind. For this reason, we believe in a constant back and forth client assessment. Our firm employs a 4-step approach to make sure that the custom essential oil packaging we create is as close to your initial imagination as humanly possible.
A 2D mockup is basically a fancy term for “drawing.” As soon as our designers finalize the design (based on your brief), they wrap the file up and e-mail it to you. The primary purpose of a 2D mockup is to cross-check the final print design with the client. And wait. We do not move forward without your stamp of approval.
This step is majorly focused on confirming the dimensions, shape, and the overall outlook of the box. A 3D mockup is a 3-dimensional model of your box. After the design is finalized, we move towards designing the box by industry itself (not merely what’s on it). You can download the file and play around with the model as much as you want.
Our elaborate 3-dimensional models provide you with the complete information of the box apart from feeling.
A few rotations of the mouse cursor, and you’ll have an accurate answer to the aspects like the expected shape, aura, and dimensions of the end product.
If you are still not satisfied after the first two steps, we can always print a box and send it to you. And no, we do not charge extra for sending out prototypes. We have found that samples are perfect for optimal customer satisfaction. Because the client can now finally hold one of the final items in their hand before mass production and keenly explore. And look for any possible weaknesses. Once the design is finalized, mass production ensues.
It is pertinent to note that all three of these steps are iterative. This means that if we get stuck on one, we will keep sending you the files (or even samples) until you finalize the design.
Because after all, you cannot rush perfection.
Think of an article for your box.
Is it available somewhere else in the market?
We can obviously use it to make your box.
And even if a material is not commonly used to make essential oil boxes wholesale, but you need it, you can always ping our customer support representative for a consultation. If it’s physically possible, we’ll get it done.
Essential oils can be wrapped in a wide variety of materials. These include paper-based materials, cardboard-based materials, and even plastics that are used to make boxes for essential oil packaging.
WE SUGGEST CARD-BOARD
Even though we are capable of moulding all market available materials into essential oil packaging,we always suggest cardboard-based articles to our clients. There are two significant reasons for this
- If your product has to travel vast distances, then tiny amounts are likely to seep out of the bottle and splash on the box. Cardboard can absorb these blotches and stay rigid. While paper-based materials become wilted after exposure to run away oils. Leaving behind a (cute smell but a) terrible impression on the client.
- Like already discussed, essential oils are a natural product, and consumers buying them will obviously love nature. Plastic hates nature, and as a result, your customers may hate plastic. Though all cardboard-based materials are highly degradable, but kraft based cardboard pillow boxes are incredibly eco-friendly. So, if you want to retain climate-loving clients. Ditch the plastic and choose cardboard for wholesale essential oil packaging.
We create the most tantalizing designs for your essential oil boxes packaging. Just because something looks cute does not mean it has to be meek. Unlike many of our competitors, we have not forgotten about the primary purpose of packaging. Protection.
We realize that glass containers containing volatile essential oils need as much protection as we can provide them. Essential oil boxes with window are good option too.
Preserving essential oils is a two-tiered process. Firstly, not only is the container glass a material that can shatter under even the most nominal pressure. Additionally, essential oils themselves are affected by a host of environmental factors like moisture, heat, and even light.
Two of the most popular add-ons readily available for battling these risks are:
- Plastic paper lamination
While corrugation protects the containers of the essential oils during bumpy truck rides during delivery. Plastic paper lamentation wrapped around the entire custom printed essential oil boxes helps to push back against hostile atmospheric agents.
It is important to remember that both of these add-ons only slightly affect your per-unit cost and can save you from increasing breakage overheads. And even if you do not want these add-ons for custom essential oil packaging wholesale, it’s ok, because these are optional, mere suggestions we make our clients you are free to decide otherwise (and save a buck).
WHAT TYPE OF BOX DO YOU NEED?
We provide our customers with the option of choosing from an extensive inventory of box types, as per general market standards. But even if you do not find what you are looking for on our list. Do not despair, we love a challenge, just contact our client support representative and discuss a possible shape or type. We’ll go custom.
Some of the more popular options available in our inventory list for custom beard oil packaging boxes are as follows.
Tuck end boxes
- These boxes are perhaps the most popular choice for essential oils, and we happen to be industry leaders in tuck end box design. We particularly suggest auto-lock tuck end boxes owing to the ease of storage they provide.
- This is a less used but exquisite option.
1 2 3 bottom box
- This is more or less the same as the tuck end box with a minute difference in the base locking mechanism for wholesale essential oil boxes.
